Junior System Administrator

DFM is a branch of big and rapidly developing Italian IT Group (Sedoc Digital Group). According to the company's growth plan we are looking for junior system administrators/technicians of support with an experience in solving technical problems(in such fields as Client/Server infrastructure based on Windows OS family, backup infrastructure, supporting IT specialists and customers). We offer young friendly collective, flexible schedule and office in the center of Kiev. 

Essential requirements: Knowledge of modern trends in the IT world. Mindfulness, perseverance and perfectionism in work. Sociability and desire to solve the client's problem first of all.

Management and resolution of application, office programs and antivirus/antispam problems.

The person we are looking for has an ability to learn every day, has experience working in a team and fits easily within the already structured working groups, has strong aptitude and operational autonomy for solving problems of the customers.

The ideal candidate must have a degree in engineering/IT disciplines and have good knowledge of English or/and Italian.

Availability, flexibility and strong customer orientation completes the profile.

Skills required:

Good knowledge of Windows family operating systems (Windows 7, 8, 10, Server family); good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Office 2007, 2010, 365); good knowledge of antivirus and antispam applications, good knowledge of backup applications(Veeam B&R, CommVault).

Good knowledge of Italian language will be your advantage.

A basic knowledge of computer networks and network infrastructure is required.

The interview will be performed in English or/and Italian.

The level of the salary will be discussed during the interview and based on the actual experience and you skills(average or above average salary is guaranteed).
