From 15000 UAH to 18500 UAH/ month starting pay. Plus Stock, Options, Equity and Bonuses

 

WebIdeas Partners, LLC is a company from Los Angeles, California focused on Internet Investments and wants to grow back-office operations in Kyiv.

 

The company is seeking a competent reliable Administrative & Personal assistant to the company's American Expat Director that is growing the company in Kyiv.

The assistant MUST be excellent in the English language (speaking, writing, and translation).

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting the Director in all functions of setting up a new office, hiring, overseeing the purchasing of equipment and supplies for the office.
  • Handling admin tasks on all ongoing projects;
  • Manager of Office to make sure it runs well.
  • Handling all documents and spreadsheets with the executives. Must be excellent at typing skills
  • Help oversee HR Dept with 1st hiring until the HR Dept is built.
  • Do initial interviews for many positions we will hire for until the HR Dept is set up.
  • Organizing business meetings, conferences & other types of meetings.
  • Maintain company communications with all local employees and be the main contact with other related business individuals and companies in Ukraine, Bangkok, Hong Kong Los Angeles and Dallas, Texas
  • Maintaining business correspondence with partners and key clients;
  • Screening phone calls, inquiries, and requests for information
  • Organizing business trips, booking tickets, and hotels;
  • Assisting with the preparation of functions and events;
  • Will be Corporate Secretary - taking notes of the meetings of Directors.
  • Arranging transportation for visiting individuals and guests;
  • Doing various research requested of the Director
  • Running local errands for supplies or various needs with companies or individuals, not in the office;
  • Will initially oversee issuing security access to the company's various online accounts.

 

Requirements:

  • Organized and a 'Can Do' person that is focused on success and quickly solving problems. Recognize that all other employees will watch your personality to determine what 'that day' will be like and if you are late for work sometimes - they will also assume it is acceptable. You must be timely and organized. Set an example of how to work well. Must be a team player and knows how to be a leader and knows how to keep company communications private.
  • Language native fluency in English, Russian and Ukrainian (oral and written).
  • Education: higher education is a must, preferably with legal, linguistic or economic background, marginal understanding of computers will be a plus
  • Professional skills: able to write business letters in English, Russian and Ukrainian, compile presentations, gather and classify information, do professional translations to/from any language above
  • PC skills: must be a competent PC user, at home with all office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint), able to create a professional-looking document; in-depth knowledge of Excel is plus; also - knowing Adobe Photoshop is a plus but not required.
  • Attitude: highly organized, attentive to detail, tenacious memory, ability to multi-task, work irregular hours under pressure, listen and follow instructions. You MUST be the type that wants to help a company succeed because you will also be given stock. Not someone that is working just as little as required to get paid. If that is you - your employment will not last. You need to be 'excited' about working with an investment company that will not only pay you well but also seek to give you equity in some of the projects.
  • Compensation: 15,000 to 18,500 UAH (depending on experience, personality, having a vehicle(car), and other items)
  • Work Hours: 08:30 to 18:00 with 1-hour lunch break and a few other small breaks.
  • Vacation / Sick Leave: after you have been with the company for the 2-month probationary time, you will earn "Paid" Vacation and Sick Days.
  • Equity Participation: Many of the projects the company works on will cause WebIdeas Partners stock ownership in the companies - which they will also share with employees that make extra effort to get these companies built quickly and with great quality.
  • Probation Period: 60 days, where the manager can terminate with only 5 days of advance notice. After the Trial Period, termination requires 1-month notice. Trial Period is paid the same as normal pay but no Vacation / Sick Leave payment, No Benefits, No Equity Participation.
  • Benefits: In addition to receiving bonuses of cash and stock for a good job. The company will also pay 1/2 of SportLife or other gym membership after working at the company for 60 days. If you already have a gym membership, the company will still pay 1/2 of the cost per month.

The eligible candidate must be ready to start work between 3 to 7days from the date of the interview
