A new long-term project in IT business aimed to UK market is looking for a great Key Account Manager.

 

Requirements:

  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Strong B2B experience in IT, digital sphere, start-ups, consulting preferably in UK / USA.
  • With high level of emotional intellect, flexible, stress resistant, able to work in tough deadlines.
  • With critical thinking, responsible and purposeful
  • Proactive and cheerful
  • With high passion to the product and client management
  • Able to learn, listen, count, communicate and develop the team

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, trustful, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements
  • Work in close collaboration with delivery teams
  • Develop new opportunities within client organization and identify areas of growth in existing projects
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
