We are looking for a Digital Marketer Manager to join our team who will be responsible for developing solutions that help our clients to reach their business goals using digital marketing tools & practices.

We are looking for a Digital Marketer Manager to join our team who will be responsible for developing solutions that help our clients to reach their business goals using digital marketing tools & practices.
Responsibilities:
Control and adjust digital marketing campaigns for clients ie. ideation of the campaign (WHO to target, WHAT to offer, WHERE to reach, HOW to convert), roadmap development & Budget & KPI’s forecast. Campaigns should meet customer business objectives, buyer persona’s needs & become a valuable part of complex digital marketing strategy;
Measure and analyze performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs);
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies;
Constantly analyze projects performance, identify the opportunities for scale & adjust the marketing hypothesis that do not bring the expected results;
Based on the analysis develop recommendations for improvement & adjust the project roadmap accordingly;
Control the deliverables of the internal teams to make sure that created digital marketing assets will bring the results for customer
Lead the strategic sessions & presentations for clients;
Research the latest digital tools and interactive trends to identify new opportunities and share core implications with the Client & team;
Develop the team expertise.
Requirements:
3+ years of work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager in IT business;
Solid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics, AhRefs, SimilarWeb, SemRush, Google Keywords Planner and other;
Experience in Content and Inbound marketing, PPC, SEO & Email marketing
Firm grasp of emerging online marketing tools and practices;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Deep knowledge of Google sheets & Google slides (or similar tools);
Strong analytical skills;
Fluent English.
