We are a data-driven team of T-shaped specialists proficient in several marketing fields. Our primary focus is content and performance-based marketing for product companies.
We are looking for a creative and motivated person to join our team as a Marketing Automation & Email Marketing Specialist.
Core areas of responsibility include:
Managing email marketing campaigns and client's CRM
Managing HubSpot properties and funnels
Role:
42DM clients’ email marketing campaigns:
Analyze clients' problems and suggest relevant solutions based on email marketing instruments;
Create content/topic plans for email campaigns assigned to target audiences;
Ideate and execute email marketing campaigns of different types for the agency’s clients;
Collaborate with team members to work on the design and copy/content part;
Create and design various email templates, adaptive and smart modules (with the help of our designers and copywriters), test and update emails according to test results;
Identify different segmentation criteria based on audience behavior, demographic, geographic, psychographic characteristics, etc.;
Run A/B tests for email campaigns and landing pages to optimize performance;
Identify opportunities for improvement and present them to the clients;
Track campaign performance and tweak workflows accordingly;
Ensure compliance while executing email marketing campaigns and collecting data;
Present weekly and monthly performance reporting to the agency & the clients;
Remain up to date on the latest industry-wide email marketing and creative trends.
Ideally, you will have:
English level: upper intermediate/advanced;
1+ years of work experience in creating & executing campaigns within marketing automation or email marketing platforms;
Experience with mailing systems (HubSpot, MailChimp, ActiveCampaign, Sendpulse, SendGrid, etc);
Understanding of the main mailing formats and audience segmentation;
Good knowledge of email design with HTML and CSS and how to adapt emails to desktop/mobile view;
Understanding of digital marketing and email fundamentals: CAN-SPAM, GPPR and CCPA requirements, segmentation, CR/OR/CTR, A/B testing;
Strong communication skills;
Analytical skills;
Drive to learn fast and a lot;
Patience to deal with the routines;
Be eager to undertake the responsibility, and start acting independently.
Would be an additional advantage:
Basic knowledge of design tools like Figma
Good skills in working with PowerPoint and Excel
