42DM is a fast growing digital marketing agency for tech companies and established startups, with hands-on experience in promoting SaaS, fintech, software development, mobile apps, gaming, blockchain & crypto related services, and online education companies from all over the globe. 

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Digital Marketing Team Lead to join our organization. In this role you will be leading a team of passionate digital marketers/project managers, helping them reach business goals for their clients. 

Core areas of responsibility for the Digital Marketing Team Lead include:

  • developing and implementing digital marketing solutions that help our clients achieve their business targets

  • building lasting relationships with customers

  • managing the Team of Project Managers/Marketers.

ROLE:

Senior Digital Marketing Expertise:

  • Has an in-depth understanding of the client’s product, the market in which that product is sold, and the various target audiences at which the communications are aimed, conducting market research as required

  • Deconstructs digital strategy into a clear roadmap for the team, converting ideas into actionable insights and campaigns

  • Manages digital strategy implementation and makes adjustments based on real-time data analysis through the whole implementation cycle

  • Overcomes challenges which the team meets during a project flow

  • Optimizes the architecture of marketing campaigns based on the client’s KPI’s

Team Management:

  • Manages the Team of Project Managers to deliver outcomes for customers on time and on budget

  • Motivates and engages the team to foster a positive working environment

  • Educates and nurtures the team of Project Managers/Marketers to become digital marketing experts for their clients

  • Evaluates the team’s progress and identifies areas of improvement

  • Controls the deliverables and flow completion

Client Service:

  • Oversees and manages a departmental level of client service that exceeds their expectations, instils total confidence in our ability regarding the strategic and logistic handling of their accounts, projects and campaigns

  • Knows the status of the campaigns as well as that of the client

  • Provides an effective bridge between the client and the agency, and where necessary, other departments within the agency, undertaking to find solutions where appropriate

  • Has responsibility for forward planning – is able to take the lead and responsibility for the Client Services and Delivery teams, successfully deal with problems reactively,  or pull the Management team together to make proactive risk-management plans

  • Grows customers’ revenue within the team’s client portfolio. 

Ideally, you will have:

  • At least 5 years experience in marketing or online advertising 

  • 2+ years of experience working in a digital marketing for a B2B tech company

  • A solid understanding of digital marketing principles and the services we offer: digital marketing strategy, content and inbound marketing, PPC, SEO, SMM and email marketing

  • Experience of leading, developing and nurturing a team of at least 3 people

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated capacity to make data-driven decisions

  • High energy and a positive attitude

  • An excitement around building relationships with clients and partners

  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively

  • Tech-savviness

  • Fluent English
