HR Generalist

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine. In this role, you will develop policy, direct and coordinate human resources activities, such as recruitment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, and other employee services. You will play a key role in the organization, ensuring that 42DM attracts and retains the most talented people on the market.

Key responsibilities:

RECRUITING

• Lead the talent acquisition process, which may include job descriptions creation, searching for candidates, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants;

• Collaborate with departmental leaders to understand skills and competencies required for open positions;

• Onboard the newcomers, coordinate induction program;

• Develop 42DM employer's brand in Ukraine;

• Keep recruitment stats and collect data about the market.

HUMAN RESOURCES

• Ensure we have efficient HR processes and policies (onboarding, 1:1, performance evaluation, satisfaction and engagement surveys, feedback forms etc);

• Propose and implement solutions to keep employee satisfaction at the highest;

• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention;

• Coordinate Company's internal communications (team and department meetings, newsletters etc);

• Participate in organizing events and trainings.

Requirements:

• Fluent English (verbal and written)

• 2+ years experience in Recruiting/HR

• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Attention to details and self-discipline

• Strong administrative, clerical and computer user skills (word processing, spreadsheet management and presentation)

• Experience in marketing and IT industries is a big plus.
