You will have an opportunity of ensuring a great experience of prospective Clients' engagement during the initial contact with Inoxoft as well as supporting the Engagement Team with daily routines and assigned activities.

 

The candidate will work within the Engagement Department and will have to:

  • Review, filter, and respond to requests from potential Client's on Inoxoft Contact form;
  • Assist engagement managers with scheduling intro calls with potential clients, preparation of meeting notes after calls with clients, sending follow-ups and marketing materials;
  • Update information about all deals in CRM (Pipedrive);
  • Preparation of corporate CVs;
  • Preparation of monthly reports of the Department effectiveness (amount of leads in, response time, win/lost deals, etc.);
  • Cooperation with Marketing Department;
  • Lead/support coordination of Client visits;
  • Monitor and provide feedback to the assigned activities to effect improvements in organizational goals

 

Requirements:

  • English fluency - effective oral and written communication skills;
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft products;
  • Proactiveness and ability to learn quickly;
  • High flexibility and team-working skills;
  • Attentiveness to details;
  • Ability to be a creative thinker who can contribute to the overall process.
