  • Сreation, alignment and improvement of branding strategy in accordance with corporate mission, vision, and values;
  • Сonduction of market research and analysis on trends, competitors and adjusting strategy accordingly;
  • Definition of company positioning as employer brand, communication channels, marketing materials, branding products and corporate tone of voice;
  • Ensuring that all communication on behalf of company is conducted accordingly to the employer brand positioning;
  • Implementation roadmap and budgeting creation and management;
  • Organization and management of all employer branding initiatives;
  • Content and communication management in Social media, web platforms, external and internal events where the company is positioned;
  • Increasing employer brand awareness among current and potential employees, 
  • Ensuring two-side corporate communication and feedback management in terms of employer branding;
  • Support and evaluate all corporate initiates as an employer brand stakeholder;
  • Following company processes (time log, vacation, etc.) ;
  • Constantly updating own hard and soft skills by attending courses and practicing new knowledge;
