We are looking for result oriented Busines Developer, who will take a lead of our new product.The key duties will be building strong sales team and meet strategic goals together. This opportunity requiring a business-oriented executive to contribute product revenue on the changing market.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, experience of SaaS sales will be a plus;
- Experience in hiring, managing and growing a high performing sales team;
- Ability to think strategically with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute in collaboration with other team members;
- Experience in driving coordinated team sales effort and navigating complex enterprise deals;
- High level presentation and negotiation skills;
- Understanding of the sales tech landscape;
- Experience in running sales in the Tier-1 countries;
- Advanced English.
Responsibilities:
- Launch new product on the market;
- Present the company on the market;
- Attract new customers, work with existing customers;
- Have full P&L responsibility;
- Develop and achieve targets for sales;
- Hire and onboard new team members;
- Organize and lead the work of the team and external experts;
- Create headcount for product and plan budget accordingly;
- Develop and perform growth strategies;
- Develop and perform marketing strategy;
- Coordination of the development processes;
- Market research and competitors' analysis;
- Product optimization, product metrics improvement, a/b testing.
Would be a plus: experience in digital marketing.
