Summary

Responsible for the end-to-end HR service delivery in Ukraine & Eurasia, for continuously improving the employee experience, driving and enabling self-service, flagging key business requirements as well as building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Vision, strategy & leadership

  • Ensures that People Services strategy is aligned to the business needs and drives the strategy implementation at country level
  • Provides guidance and leadership to the PE Advisors to support service delivery and manages consistency within the businesses
  • Provides leadership and direction to PE teams on site and is accountable for them to have deep functional and domain knowledge, enabling advisors to provide high-touch support for key moments that matter throughout the employee life cycle

Operational Delivery:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end HR service delivery for the countries in scope, mainly:
  • work & life events
  • local query resolution
  • core team recruitment and ongoing onboarding
  • local learning delivery (including Leading Org and E&T pillars as a part of IL6S plant journey)
  • time & attendance (input control for payroll)
  • Leads and oversees Employee Relations service delivery and supports People Leads and People Managers with Employee Relations issues and cases
  • Leads county squad consisting of local People Experience Advisors, Talent Acquisition Lead/ Advisors to ensure business needs are met in an efficient and effective way
  • Promotes the HR operating model in the countries and seeks the right balance between efficient service delivery and tailored employee experience
  • Responsible for collaborating with MSC People Leads to understand and implement Labor Relations strategy for the plant: communication, update of CLA, communication with Union representatives, managing strategy
  • Acts as point of escalation for Local Leadership Team
  • Uses knowledge of the business to identify specific country requirements and applies this in service delivery
  • Understands the wider support network including Capability team, Employee Experience team, Service Management, etc. and works with them to satisfy specific country requirements
  • Responsible for SOP adherence on country level
  • Responsible for document management and archiving

Continuous Improvement:

  • Responsible for application of the service delivery model and end-to-end process framework for Ukraine & Eurasia; driving continuous improvement through benchmarking, to provide efficient, effective, and compliant People Services, with a employee driven culture
  • Takes a continuous improvement focus to ensure great employee experience for all employees in Ukraine & Eurasia as well as more and more efficient service delivery

Profile:

University's degree in Business, Human Resources or related area

3-5 years of relevant HR experience (including HR Administration), experience in Manufacturing would be an additional advantage.

Professional experience in HR paper work, Ukrainian Labor legislation, employee relations, etc.

Basic knowledge in C&B, employee communication, performance management, organization design, people development

Drive for result, pro-active and hands -on approach

Human touch approach

Ability to listen to people and influence them

English proficient

PC skills: proficient user of MS Office, especially Excel. Good knowledge of 1C.
