Trade Marketing Support Specialist (maternity cover position)

Key Responsibilities:

• Trade Marketing Services Documents Administration (Traditional Trade, cooperation with Distributors)
• Coordination of planned expenses display on time and maintaining of budget tracking tool for Sales Department marketing expenses (TI).
• Providing validation of required documents in electronic and paper form in accordance with regulatory requirements, Policies and Procedures of the company.
• Coordinating the process of signing on documents for payments in accordance with the Matrix of approvals and signatures.
• Support, completion and management of tool for tracking of doc's signature status and payments approval. Regularly updating status for team. Permanent work on tool improving.
• Information and advisory support of Internal Clients on documents administration.

Main Requirements: 

• University Degree
• At least 1 year of experience in sales / finance department
• High level of intelligence, creativity, honesty, team player, a responsibility, Initiative, good organization skills, good analytical and planning skills
• Computer literacy (Experienced user of MS Office and advanced user of MS Excel)
• English at least intermediate
