Security Manager, Ukraine & Eurasia

Purpose of Role:

This position is responsible for providing security and investigative support to all business, manufacturing, and integrated supply chain operations in the Ukraine & Eurasia. The incumbent will the local FSC and will develop programs to prevent fraud, counterfeit, sabotage and other security-related risks to the company. The incumbent will serve as the in-house security consultant to the MDLZ Ukraine and Eurasia Managing Director and the local LT, and will have dotted-line supervision of the FSCs at Trostynets and Vyshhorod plants.

The position represents significant opportunity to add value to the business in safeguarding the substantial commitment of MDLZ assets (personal, physical and informational) throughout Ukraine and Eurasia.

Main Responsibilities:

• Project Support - Support business management with the appropriate security plans, programs and projects
• Program Development - Develop policies and programs to protect people, assets, product and business operations
• Ensure implementation and localization of Global Security standards in Ukraine and across Eurasia.
• Training - Deliver relevant security training for FSCs and MDLZ staff at sites/locations. In addition, provide general awareness training to MDLZ employees to enhance security
• Investigations: To conduct and supervise investigations on all security-related and/or criminal activities as they affect MDLZ operations.
• GS Initiatives - Specifically support the MEU BIO/RSD in the following GS initiatives: Anti-Counterfeiting, Travel Security, Cargo Security, FSC initiatives.
• Professional Networks - Develop and maintain a network of professional contacts with Law Enforcement and Security Associations across the area, e.g. OSAC, ISMA and other multi-national organizations

Qualifications:

• University Degree
• Certified knowledge of Security techniques and implementations
• At least 5+ years of relevant professional experience
• Significant experience in the areas of private / public security, manufacturing, distribution and corporate environments. In particular, must have knowledge of security operations, technical security applications, and investigations
• High level of business acumen and ability to deal with ambiguity
• Ability to operate in a complex environment without frequent supervision
• Good communication and organization skills
• Investigative skills
• Proficient PC user
• Fluent English
