Position Purpose:

Responsible for delivering functional HR goals and business goals. Support Manufacturing Function to develop organizational capabilities and change management in key projects related to IL6S, organizational transformations in line with FoF. 

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR Plant Manager to drive a comprehensive HR People Strategy across Manufacturing in line with ISC priorities and plan proactively to deliver commitments to the business.
  • Strong support on Integrated Lean 6 Sigma project implementation, specifically on: preparation and deployment of internal surveys to track people needs (Unleashment, GPTW, HPO, TEA, etc)
  • Support and Implement Organization Pillar with a key focus on building a high performance organization through leading cultural change and designing and implementing key people processes. 
  • Manage internal \ external communications to cover the key initiatives, lL6S progress, business results, updates on team's performance and tracking Vs the objectives.
  • Recruitment: involve in talent selection with Talent Acquisition based on organizational need. Implement the recruitment process for core team positions. Utilize the most effective and timely recruitment methodologies to attract the best fit candidates for the functions.
  • Monitor and track KPIs within HR department and Organization Pillar.
  • Plan department budget and perform an analysis with HR manager.
  • Assist the line managers in organizational changes such as organizational design, job evaluation and restructuring initiatives.
  • Get involve in the functional projects that relate to work processes and people management.
  • Drive the Company's culture in creating a Great place to work for our employees and fosters an environment where employee behavior is aligned to our values
  • Deployment of induction program for new hires. Monitor and follow-up on the adaptation and socialization of the new hires.
  • Support R&R system. Develop and leverage informal R&R initiatives. 
  • Support strategic initiatives include effective change management strategies.
  • Implement Mondelez HR calendar of events including: Growing Here Week, Career Week, Volunteer events, Teams@MDLZ, MIU leveraging activities, Corporate Events
  • Drive personal ownership for development and capability building for self-sufficient teams creation within training platform "Territory of Your Development"
  • Coordinate changes / amendments to HR policies and procedures when necessary.
  • Create and check the status of Purchasing Requests in SAP program.

 

Qualifications

  • University Degree (preferably in personal management)
  • 3+ years of previous experience in HR in multinational company having mature HR function
  • Experience in creating and delivering full-scale change and engagement programs
  • Direct experience with principles of IL6S/HPWS 
  • Deep understanding of organizational and individual development
  • Good knowledge of external and internal employment and development trends, labor markets and competitors
  • Know and meet requirements of GMP, HACCP, SS&E, OHSAS, ISO-9001, 14001 
  • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal savvy 
  • Good communication skills - both written and verbal 
  • Planning, setting up priorities, problems solving skills 
  • Team Player, ability to support and lead to achieve common goals
  • Flexibility and adaptability under constant changing conditions.
  • Fluency in English
