Purpose of Role:

  • Responsible for providing a full range of administration services to BU's employees
  • Ensure 100% accurate SHARP and payroll system critical fields & payroll records
  • Ensure all LR documents in time and in compliance with company's standards and local legislation

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for filling in and maintaining payroll database 1:C and SHARP.
  • Responsible for HR records keeping: orders, labor books journal, labor books, personal files, labor contracts and their amendments in accordance with corporate policies and local Labor legislation
  • Prepare all documents according to company's demands, policies and procedures of Mondelez as well as of local Labor legislation 
  • Maintain hiring, moves, working schedules, working time sheets, database of annual holidays, sick lists, annual leaves, maternity leaves and etc. in order to keep proper documentation and payroll database
  • Provide all necessary documents for new employees: labor contract, Nondisclosure Agreement, job description and other policies and procedures
  • Prepare all necessary paper documentation (orders, labor agreements, labor books, time tables, vacation schedules, shift patterns, etc.). Prepare and control of all business trips papers. Control of all sick leaves and sending them to a payroll specialist. Maintain personal files of all employees including personal cards T-2 
  • Ad hoc LR reports, copies of labor book at request, etc.
  • Ensuring having 100% actual Job Descriptions according to legislation
  • Repair all inactive paper documentation (orders, labor agreements, personal cards T-2, time tables, vacation schedules, business trips papers) for archives. 

 

Qualifications:

  • University degree;
  • 3+ years of professional experience in the related area within multinational FMCG environment/Company having mature HR function;
  • Depth knowledge of Labor legislation;
  • Developed analytical skills, communication skills, high emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both in a team and stand alone;
  • Responsible and result oriented, ability to fully meet the deadlines. Business Acumen and ability to see "big picture". High learning agility;
  • MS Office software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook and others), as well as the ability to use other office equipment;
  • Good command of English - both written & oral.
