Position Purpose

Coordination, preparation and control of the manufacturing projects implementation for current and new products (launches) at the plant such as Investment Projects realization to improve the plant utilities. Analyze production process and preparation of improvement proposals, new product/technology development offers.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Analyzes the situations in terms of project subject matter and after coordination with internal customers and feasibility study, develops projects, prepares Capex Appropriation request, or takes approved investment projects for implementation.
  2. Acquaints plant management with the approved projects in general details and every manager in the details pertaining to the relevant department.
  3. Develop, coordinate, prepare for signing and control implementation of projects on production expanding, plant development and plant efficiency increase.
  4. After CAR approval - coordinates, controls and ensures installation of new equipment within approved budget, timeline, expenditure.
  5. In cooperation with Procurement evaluate submitted proposals and make suggestions of the best choice in terms of technical and economic reasons. Cooperate with Procurement while contracts preparation providing necessary technical information. Suggest selected suppliers to the Procurement department in order to receive high quality and economically effective equipment.
  6. Controls delivery, coordinates start-up and maintenance of technical equipment as part of new projects in cooperation with Manufacturing and R&D departments.
  7. Prepare necessary reports and documents on project implementation according to corporate procedures and requirements. Fully responsible for project fulfillment within approved timeline and budget.
  8. Participate in regional programs with regard to development and implementation different project.
  9. Continuously investigating and implementing the actions to improve product quality, production efficiency, raw and pack materials consumption, production waste and yield, raw materials storing.
  10. Prepare catering reports and all documents of employees' catering.
  11. Assist the administrator in keeping conference rooms in order.
  12. Give assistance in organization matters and event organization to plant director and managers.

 

Qualifications

  • University Degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 2+ years of related professional experience.
  • Advanced PC skills (MS Office, MS Project, AutoCad)
  • Negotiation and effective communication skills
  • Good team player and project leader
  • English - intermediate
