Recruitment Coordinator/Assistant to Managing Partner Key Tasks and Priorities

We are hiring a talented Recruitment Coordinator/Assistant to join our team. This position is more about dealing with Human Resource projects, rather than with personal assistance with daily routine tasks.

Recruitment Coordinator/Assistant role provides full business and administrative support to the Managing Partner and will require to gain a thorough knowledge of the company's operations, policies, and procedures as well as to handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature.

We are looking for a person, who is knowledgeable in business processes and strives to develop and broaden skills and abilities. This role almost excludes personal tasks, suggesting a wide range of business tasks instead:

  • Managing calendar appointments and scheduling for the Managing Partner, including coordinating and confirming appropriate times and locations, meeting set-up
  • Opening, sorting and distributing incoming emails and other correspondence.
  • Preparing presentations, tenders, agreements and other materials
  • Using various software, including word processing, database, CRM-system (Bitrix24) and presentation software
  • Overseeing the performance of the team
  • Have an opportunity to manage marketing, PR and SMM activities of the company

Candidate's Profile

    • Advanced English is a must, the role requires communication with Boyden headquarters in New York and other offices of the company
    • High interpersonal and communication skills, high level of confidence
    • Strong team orientation, will support and assist others within the office regardless of title, exceptional customer service skills
    • Attention to details and strong follow-up skills
    • Extra mile attitude
    • Successful relevant experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant in an international business environment is preferred, but not required

Salary
