POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for development and implementation of Avon PR strategy for product promotion and corporate image  
• Overall responsibility for coordination of work of partners / agencies

PRINCIPAL DUTIES

• development and implementation of Avon PR strategy for product promotion and corporate image
• coordination of the work of partners / agencies
• coordination of local product promotion initiatives with the participation of bloggers and opinion leaders
• maintaining relations and expanding the base of corporate media
• effective cooperation with business media journalists, support and development of a sustainable and credible image of Avon
• consistency of corporate PR activities with Global Communication Recommendations
• protection of the brand reputation during crisis situations. Ensuring the creation and implementation of anti-crisis strategy for the crisis
• cooperation with business associations
• administrative and financial approval: signing contracts on both sides, intercompany payment of bills, closing acts and reports on work performed submission of information for inclusion in the plan of catalogs, pages approval with celebrities image in catalogs, etc.
• responsible for processing proper tenders and paper flow.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• University Degree in Marketing, PR or Journalism 
• Min 2 years’ experience in communications or marketing;
• Good knowledge about media and digital area;
• Fluent English;
• Advanced computer skills - MS Office; Power point; 
• Excellent communication skills; 
• Work in a team;
• Time management and deadlines observation.
