Office Manager and HR

We are looking for a dynamic person, experienced and willing to be involved in handling a wide range of tasks including admin and executive support, operations, HR, cleaning when needed and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Our best candidate is well organized, flexible and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people, reacts fast and gets things done. We propose a friendly environment and a different scope of tasks. We promise that you won’t be bored!

Requirements:

• Upper-intermediate English and above

• Flexibility and ability to work without supervision

• PC proficiency

• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritize work

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• 1+ year of experience at a similar position

Responsibilities:

• Writing of job descriptions

• Job posting at different job portals

• Resumes filtering and screening of candidates

• Interview scheduling

• Onboarding procedures

• Overseeing general office operation

• Purchasing office supplies and equipment and providing expense reports

• Hiring of outsource construction / handyman workers for office improvement 

• Personal errands of CEO

• Translation for our English-speaking part of the team

• Organization and support of corporate events (Birthdays, parties, team-buildings etc)

• Cleaning after a party, taking out garbage

• Helping colleagues with their requests

• Looking for creative ideas to improve our office life

• Your responsibilities may change during the course of employment. The above outlines many of your expected job duties but the job is not limited to them and as changes happen you are expected to quickly adapt to it.
