Creative Graphic Designer for Digital Marketing Ad Design

Our Marketing team is looking for a dynamic Graphics Designer to join our digital media team. This role requires a strong ability to handle multiple projects and produce quality content for advertising campaigns for our Entertainment clients as well as for our company which is a SaaS Sales and Marketing Automation product company. This role is well suited for those who are creatively strong, quick to iterate based upon results and want to make a huge impact on the growth of the business. 

 

We are a dynamic, fast-moving Sales and Marketing Automation company that supports primarily the Entertainment Industry with marketing campaigns (Online & Offline). We are looking for a digital Creative/Graphic Designer that can keep pace and lead our drive to creating a dynamic visual environment both online and off. Our company is expanding into new, exciting directions and we are looking for that brilliant designer willing to take part in taking our vision to a new level.

 

JOB OBJECTIVE: Envision and design cutting-edge and intuitive front-end digital and print solutions largely for Entertainment brands with a growing online presence. Also responsible for creating in-store graphics, email templates and other communications collateral. Able to work with Marketing Automation programs, and is capable and willing to wear many marketing hats from a Digital Creative Graphic Designers perspective.

 

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment to produce high-quality graphics for mobile and web advertising and landing pages. Including social media ad campaigns, pages, posts, popup banners, email marketing, retargeting banners and point of purchase / local marketing print collateral, fliers, brochures.
  • Produce and create digital Web and print solutions, including Web pages and landing pages, mobile App design, email templates, reports, signage, banners, etc. Top support online and offline marketing efforts.
  • Use understanding of DYNAMIC content in advertising to create compelling and highly targeted advertising campaigns. Including use of different Ad Types on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, Google Ad Networks and more.
  • Translate requirements into wireframes and mockups
  • Understanding marketing automation systems, content management systems and how to design using these online tools that will later be used by Marketing Teams.
  • Track and implement changes from the concept stage to the delivery of final assets to our Media Team.
  • Consistently produce items that align with our company's brand identity and standard conventions.
  • Manage and provide time estimates for projects to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Utilize proprietary software systems to port content into interactive templates and manage assets.
    Required Qualifications
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a relevant position
  • Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, and InDesign as well as Sketch App for mobile design.
  • Experienced in web-based, digital, and social media design.
  • Ability to quickly learn how to use data to improve design to propel ad creative performance
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Sense of accountability and follow-through
  • An eye for detail and excellent visual, spoken and written communication skills
    Preferred Qualifications
  • Truly creative. Not afraid to concept new ideas or pinch in on copywriting
  • Experience in Sketch, Figma, and motion graphics is a plus.
  • HTML, CSS experience is a plus but not required.
