Traffic Acquisition Specialist

Now we are looking for a skilled Traffic Acquisition Specialist, who knows how to get the most bang for the buck in highly competitive niches. 

Requirements:

Hard skills

• english — Advanced level
• proficiency: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Adwords, Native Traffic, Google Analytics
• experience in performance-marketing as a User Acquisition Manager
• 3+ years of experience in Digital advertising
• Big plus — experience in digital media on English-speaking markets

Soft skills

• team player
• well organized and detail oriented
• able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• creative mindset
• strong communication skills
• strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• flexibility and problem solving skills

Responsibilities:

• run profitable digital ad PPC campaigns on Google / Bing / Facebook
• research on keywords, trends, innovative tools of PPC advertising
• set up accounts, landing pages, lead magnets
• day-to-day monitoring ROI and KPIs to assess the performance results, analyze key metrics and optimize for continued
• produce regular reports on campaign performance
• manage PPC ad campaigns planning, implementation, and testing in a high-volume environment
