What you will be doing

Managing clients' orders;

Helping clients and writers;

 Responding to clients' and writers' chat requests, calls, and emails;

Reaching out to clients and writers in chat and by phone;

What you will NOT be doing

No cold calls whatsoever;

No pushing anything to clients;

No lying to clients

What we expect from you

High command of English with excellent grammar and communication skills;

Ability to work night shifts at least twice a week;

Ability to learn and reproduce information;

Teamwork ability and cheerfulness;
