Working as part of Ukraine's team you would be expected to ensure growth of Brown Forman brands in Ukraine while developing & maintaining key brand KPIs, driving brand profitable growth and ensuring consistency within brand and company strategy.

You will be expected to attain excellent knowledge and in-depth understanding of Brown-Forman and its brands, customers and consumers, in order to help influence processes that ensure brand alignment to business goals.

Responsibilities include development, agreeing and implementation of brand strategies and providing all tools and other marketing resources (strategies, tools needed for strategies execution and resources in terms of cooperating partners and agencies) to support building for the overall growth of the company's business. Senior Brand Manager is the key representative of the brand both within and outside of the company.


Basic Function:

  • Developing long-term strategies for BF brands;
  • Supervising the translation of the long term strategies into the short term, tactical plans and activities;
  • Preparation of all tools, both marketing and trade marketing, those are necessary to implement the strategies and tactical plans;
  • Leading the preparation of yearly brand plans;
  • Supervising the effective implementation of yearly brand plans, competitive price positioning and complying with brand equity guidelines;
  • Supervising the delivery of expected Brand Profit in terms of monitoring budgets and brand spends
  • Leading in development and constant updating of consumer insights, supervising all consumer research;
  • Constant effective analysis of the market situation, conditions and trends;
  • Building excellent relationship with sales and promotional personnel to ensure effective execution of marketing plans and achievement of established goals;
  • Managing the selection, management and performance of advertising, promotions, public relations and research agencies;
  • Developing excellent relations and communication with Regional Management Team;
  • Assisting Management Team with information and other special projects as required.



  • Preparing and implementing long term brand strategies in cooperation with Marketing Manager DgE East
  • Leading the preparation of yearly brand plans - agreeing the strategy, communicating the objectives to key stakeholders, consolidating yearly plans and taking ownership of the final plan
  • Planning, execution and evaluation of brand building activities
  • Enhancing consumer insight, Business analysis and market knowledge
  • Communication with Distributors' Spirit Team and external representation with global and regional brand teams
  • Agency Management
  • Supervising the budget
  • Travels


Must Experience:

  • Degree in management, marketing or equivalent discipline
  • 5+ years marketing background success in FMCG, OTC
  • Strong planning and ability to manage priorities
  • Business acumen, flexibility, problem-solving
  • Strongly result oriented and accountable personality
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently under the stress and time pressure, while keeping high level of professionalism and courtesy
  • Excellent communication and persuasive abilities, effectively facilitating group presentations and discussions
  • Sound judgment and ability to proactively handle work flow
  • Creative thinking
  • Enthusiasm, optimism and "always ready to help" attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to develop strong partnering relationships with all levels of internal and external contacts
  • Strong work ethic with ability to invest the hours needed to accomplish the objectives


Preferred Experience:

  • Master's Degree in Business, Marketing.
  • Developing others, leadership, performance management and coaching experience.
  • Experience in cross cultures work.
