IT HR manager

A Fintech company is looking for a passionate HR manager to run the HR and recruitment from A-Z. If you're a leader, have good vibes, love people and dynamic environment, this role is for you.

Job Responsibilities:

· Focal point of the company in Ukraine

· Driving the end to end recruitment process- scanning CVs, phone interviews, in person interviews, references check, salary offers

· Develop sourcing strategy through multiple offline and online channels

· Work closely with managers, provide support and guidance

· Develop and maintain the company's culture and values

· Develop and maintain HR Processes, policies and procedures

· Manage the Office and HR budgets

· Manage and plan the company's well-being activities

Requirements:

· 5 years of experience as a HRBP or HR Manager in high-tech companies

· Maintaining knowledge of HR policies, programs, law and issues

· Building career paths to all of our employees and make sure they're happy on a daily basis

· Resolve issues between management and employees

· Experience in Ukrainian salary market

· Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities that contains massive hiring

· Excellent English - Must
