Learning & Development Manager

Amazing Apps is an IT product company. We create mobile applications in the Health & Fitness, Utilities, and Education segments. Today we have 15+ products in our portfolio that are used by millions of people around the world.

We are looking for a Learning & Development Manager to support and help continuously improve our employee experience with Learning & Development at Amazing apps.

Challenges you'll meet: 

• Managing company training and development programs (organization and coordination of all internal and external trainings, preparation and managing of the training calendar (both internal and external trainings and conferences))
• Organize and coordinate boot camps within company business needs
• Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
• Maintain and further develop the process of Personal Development Plans, coordinate training and development requests with developments plans
• Interaction with training suppliers (negotiating contracts, processing invoices, etc.)
• Collection and analysis of training evaluation forms
• Maintenance of company knowledge base
• Managing corporate library
• Coordination and organization of corporate English classes
• Training reporting
• Budget preparation and costs monitoring

Your professional qualities:

• 3+ years of experience in learning and development
• Upper-intermediate English, fluent Ukrainian and Russian both written and verbal

You'll perfectly match our team if you have:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time-management and organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize
• Able to handle multiple tasks

Nice to have:

• Experience in people management at least 1 year
• Experience with organizing boot camps
