Content manager

We are looking for an experienced Content Manager who is inspired by what he/she does and ready to make a personal impact on the development of the world's #1 applications in the Health&Fitness and other categories. The mobile apps we create provide benefits to people all over the world, helping them take care of their emotional and physical health.

The scope of work:

• Creating and proofreading in-app content: copywriting, describing functions and content, button captions, etc.

• Localization: taking full control over the localization process - all the projects into various languages (assigning tasks for the Translation Board, testing translation quality, etc.)

• Content delivery: content uploading and mapping in admin panel, creating and sending push notifications to users

• Preparing reports for the PM with key metrics for content quality

Required skills:

Professional

• 2+ years of successful performance in a Content Manager position

• Advanced level of English (spoken and written)

• Experience in content creation in English

• Copywriting experience (CTA)

• Basic understanding of and work experience in digital products (websites, mobile applications)

Personal

• Quality-oriented - you must be a fan of the product you're working on and care about the user's benefits and comfort

• Communication skills - knowing how to deliver and present your idea to the team

• Proactivity and commitment - being willing to improve the product at all the stages, defending the user's position inside the team

• Creativity - knowing how to generate fresh ideas, finding and applying the best industry practices

• Flexibility - being ready for any changes in goals and priorities, knowing how to face new challenges

• Be the process owner - knowing how to take responsibility for completing complex projects and random tasks at all phases, being personally responsible for the quality, deadlines, and the team 

• Be a team player - you'll have to interact with a huge number of people and set up and organize processes; prioritizing and delegating tasks is an important skill

• Data-driven mindset - you'll need to use analytical data related to content performance and audience to make decisions

Would be considered an advantage:

• Speaking other foreign languages

• Work experience in a product IT company 

• Knowing how to use the JIRA and Confluence systems 

• Knowing how to work in Crowdin or other localization software

• Digital product localization experience 

• Work experience in voiceovers 

• Interest in psychology and neuromarketing
