Experience:

  • Around 1 year of experience as a lead generator or sales manager in IT company;
  • Experience with different sales chanels: Upwork, Linkedin and so on;
  • Fluent/Advanced level of English;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Client-oriented approach, the ability to understand clients' needs;
  • Understanding marketing and IT trends will be a plus;
  • The ability to manage your time and plan your day effectively.


You need to be:

  • Responsible, open, communicative, charismatic, flexible.
  • Will be a plut a possability of short relocation to Konotop at the time of integration.


Responsibilities:

  • Active searching and attraction of potential clients on Upwork, LinkedIn, and other sales channels;
  • Business correspondence and video conferences with potential clients;
  • Clarification of the client’s requirements, needs and sales activities required to close the deal;
  • Communicate with the team to answer technical questions and prepare estimates;
  • Operate with CRM and maintain clients’ data.
