What’s the Project?

We are looking for a Trainee/Junior Resource Manager to join our Resourcing team during a period of significant growth. You will assist our Resource Manager with employee allocation and recruitment planning. Your main goal will be to help to manage staffing requests, help to assign employees to projects, and coordinate internal interviewing processes.

You Perfectly Match If you have:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in tight deadlines with confidence and ease
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workload across various groups
  • Strong communication, negotiation skills
  • Upper-intermediate level of English or higher (ability to read, write, communicate freely with foreigners, ability to read and write technical and business documentation in English)
  • Good knowledge of general technology stack, platforms, etc.
  • A 100% team player, helping to ensure smooth information flow between different stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • Experience in HR/Recruitment or Project Management in an IT industry

Your day-to-day activities:

  • Assisting the Resource Manager in managing the company Talent Pool and rotations
  • Cooperating with the Resource Manager on assigning people to project teams, capacity planning and reporting and ensuring continuity of work and smooth transfer between projects
  • Managing our people on the Talent Pool while helping them to fulfill their self-development goals
  • Assist in onboarding and training team members who join Talent Pool
  • Collaborating on resource management with internal company departments
  • Coordination of CV preparation process
  • Customer interview preparation and conducting
  • Documenting processes and maintaining records in the internal system
  • Participating in weekly meetings with stakeholders
