About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing  team. As an BDM, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by reaching out to potential customers and conducting high-volume prospecting activities. This is a critical role that requires a passion for sales, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying the needs of potential customers and communicating with clients
  • Research companies to create strategic communication plans.
  • Develop and implement best practices for growing customer base.
  • Proactively schedule calls with prospective clients via phone and email (including cold calling)
  • Use CRM software to manage leads and sales activities.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of BDM or Leadgen experience.
  • Experience in email and LinkedIn outbound sales in B2B.
  • Ability to connect and develop strong prospect relationships.
  • Problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills (Advanced English level) .
