Required skills:

• 1+ years of successful Lead Generation experience in outsource/outstaff company;
• Experience generating leads on LinkedIn and UpWork;
• Understanding of IT industry and technologies;
  
• You are a responsible, result-oriented and fast learner;
• Flexible, proactive team player with outside the box thinking;
• Experience in communication with foreign clients/customers;
• You have analytical thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new potential clients through LinkedIn and other professional platforms;
• Contact leads for cooperation and identifies customer needs;
• Performing different research tasks on request;
• Add and update profiles in CRM database.
