Требования:

We are looking for a young, highly motivated person, preferably with at least minimum experience in crewing company, which has the desire to develop, work hard and grow with the Company. Candidate must have desire to earn money and to develope. Should be communicative, initiative, reliable and stress-proof. Growing in rank and higher salary is possible for a proper candidate. We are ready to consider candidates without experience in crewing, but with maritime education or knowledge.

Confident PC user. Good English is a must!

Условия работы: Full working day 9-18. Overtime can be in case of need. Salary+Bonus (for evry seaman which was found). Official employment.

Обязанности:

• Select and evaluate proper candidates for actual vacancies.
• Communicate with seafarers.
• Check references with Owners/Agents.
• Keep the database up to date.
• Check the validity of the documents and level of English.
• Visa and travel formalities.
• Prepare contracts.
• Communication with Owners/Ship managers.
