Business development manager for services and insurance

Role:

Grow insurance and services business for the brands of Group Renault and Nissan

Requirements:

Experience in insurance business at least 3 years

Car business understanding

Fluent in English

Skills:

Strong analytical skills

Enthusiastic, able to work unsupervised using own initiative

Able to communicate at all levels

University education in business, economics or finance

Key Responsibilities:

Understand customer needs and improve existing services tariff and client value

Develop new packaged offers, standalone insurances, innovative online products

Build competitive analysis for services on local market

Build dashboards and monitor services performance

Organize and lead regular meetings with insurance partners

Follow up insurance partnerships’ efficiency

Manage new partners’ validation process

Interact with the bancassurance divisions in the process of developing and approval of new products and services;

Report services performance during meetings with RCI HQ

Remain a key contact person for HQ, brands management requests for services business

Build services business plan for budget or reforecast process

Understand dealers’ insurance business model, follow up return business to dealers’ Bodyshop

Propose incentive programs for dealers’ network
