For international company in Kyiv we are searching for best candidates:
1. Responsibilities:
• Researches and analyses the market of electric water heaters, indirectly heated water cylinders,
heat pump water heaters and electric heating appliances;
• Consults and plays a key role in the development of the company’s strategy and business plan for
the Ukrainian market in line with the corporate strategy;
• Advises on the product positioning, pricing policy and other commercial conditions and approach
to the market;
• Participates in the definition of the appropriate business model and facilitates the selection of
sales agents and service providers to support business development;
• Drives the implementation of the business strategy and plan, aiming to achieve the sales and
gross margin targets;
• Proactively identifies and targets new clients;
• Plays a key role in the marketing of the corpoarte brand(s) and products in the market;
• Organises and leads trainings and presentations of the corporate brand(s) and products in the market;
• Generates ideas and proposals for development of the product portfolio;
• Leads the preparation of sales forecasts and the regular sales to clients in accordance with the
sales plans and the collection of receivables;
• Manages relationships with clients, sales agents and domestic service providers;
• Prepares regular and ad hoc reports in accordiance with the corporate templates.
2. Reporting:
• Reports to the Head of Northeast Europe & CIS and is part of the company’s Commercial Division
3. Requirements:
• Education: University dregree in economics, technical or other relevant subject;
• Professional experience:
o at least 5 years in business-to-business selling experience
o experience with professional equipment, heating, air conditioning, renewable energy products/ systems, electric appliances or other installation products would be an
advantage;
• Language skills: English, excellent command of written and spoken English;
• Computer literacy: MS Office, experience with SAP or similar ERP systems would be an advantage
Inter-personal skills:
o Self-starter, dedicated, disciplined and result-oriented individual;
o Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
o Outgoing, open and honest personality;
o Strong team player;
o Willing to regularly travel in the market and abroad.
4. Compensation package:
o Monthly salary – 1200 EUR net
