For our client - multinational company in Kyiv we are looking for experienced candidates.

 

We are looking for an HR Generalist in Ukraine who will support regional HR Operations team in consultancy and driving service to deliver best practice and business focused HR solutions in order to meet business requirements. HR Generalist will develop, manage and coordinate a variety of human resource-related programs and activities, aligned with corporate and divisional policy to ensure organizational aspects and processes to be considered when implementing HR decisions in locations.

HR Generalist will be a clear point of contact for local management who needs to show strong performance within operational excellence and be able to understand key management/HR processes as a whole. You will need to ensure they are communicated and implemented with high engagement and success, as well to navigate in a matrix environment, supporting different levels of stakeholders. You will be located in our company in Kiev.

 

Your tasks

 

  • Management and employees first line of support/advisory for all topics related to operational HR
  • Coordinate and implement development initiatives that are relevant in location/region in correspondence with Segment priorities
  • Cover all HR aspects by applying the legal environment and internal policies
  • Monitor data, initiate and lead activities around sick leave, engagement, job satisfaction and address the development area to leaders and local management
  • Initiate and lead activities that help increase satisfaction, motivation, engagement and retention
  • Participate in cross-organizational project work, also across the HR functions
  • Optimize existing HR processes and locally implement new global processes
  • Create and maintain a strong network within the HR community
  • Reach out to HR Business Partners to align initiatives and ensure ONE HR towards employees and people managers

 

Your profile

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in HR area, preferably in an industrial environment with increasing levels of responsibility
  • It will be an advantage to have experience in working in a country/regional matrix or otherwise complex environment of international production company
  • Experience in identifying and resolving issues independently, taking initiative even under unfamiliar situations
  • Experience in process implementation, change management, leading transformation processes and managing resistance
  • Higher education in social science area
  • Fluent in English is a MUST

  • Good process facilitation and problem solving skills coupled with the ability to analyze current practices, identify improvement opportunities, build consensus and assist with implementation
  • Global mindset, open-minded and flexible
  • Proactive, having strong sense of urgency, being solutions oriented and structured in problem solving
  • High degree of self-motivation and ambition with ability to drive and prioritize own tasks
  • Robust, able to deal with diversity, change and resistance
