HR Business Partner

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team!
The HR Business Partner will work closely with team members in Madrid and Kharkiv. This role will function to help build company culture between the teams of Ukraine and Spain.

Skills and qualifications:
-2+ years experience as an HR Generalist
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
-Good problem solving and conflict management skills
-Excellent organization, prioritization and time management skills
-Ability to work on multiple tasks at one time
-Experience working within the IT industry
-Upper-Intermediate English skills
-Knowledge of Spanish will be a plus

What you’ll do:
-Launch of Internship programs in Madrid and Kharkiv
-Adaptation and formation of interns loyalty
-Full support of Internship
-Working with the external brand of the Madrid office (formation and support of the HR brand)
-Help in building a corporate culture between the teams of Kharkiv and Madrid
-Assistance in recruiting some positions needed by the business team
-HR support of the Spanish studio for business requests
-Event management and support of the HR brand of the company for Madrid
