Demand planner

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure quality and in -time availability of demand plan by SKU/ Channel

• Create forecast per SKU/CL4/ Channel with analytical support including various consumer demand scenarios
• Consistently achieve sustainable Demand Plan Accuracy improvement: (forecast bias & error, demand exhaustivity)
• Challenge the existing and implement improvements to Demand Planning processes and tools to deliver tangible benefits (e.g.: time savings, increased efficiencies & automatization)
• Clean historical data
• In accordance with the Consensus Demand Planning process, analyze and communicate relevant information to Management through Bouclage as part of S&OP process implementation; highlight gaps; ensure actions and Demand Plans are realistic and achievable
• To help ensure commitment from all functions, build and maintain good communication and collaboration both within Logistics; Commercial and Finance

1. Ensure the quality of information and parameters used for planning

• Capture, prioritize & analyze Generating Demand events; customer, consumer info; pipelines after OOS and other external and internal trends and influences, which impact demand
• Clean historical data, create and support Learning Log

1. Create and Support Planning Key Meeting process

Professional requirements:

• Operational experience in Demand & Supply Planning (min 3 years)
• Good knowledge and understanding of the commercial functions
• Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge
• Advanced Excel skills. Ability to write advanced formulas and macros
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good English skills
• Project Management skills
