Principal Responsibilities:
- Written and verbal (both over phone and face-to face) communication with ABOs
- Internal & external handling of training center email requests of ABOs
- Electronic learning system (LMS) administration
- Trainers Team support in regular training activities
- Academy Training center administration
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years+ successful experience in admin position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High customer orientation
- Positive mood :)
- Big work capacity
- Multi-tasking skills
- Stress resistance
- MS Office: Excel - advanced, Word, Power Point - good level
- Ukrainian, Russian - fluent
- English - Upper Intermediate
