Intetics Inc., a leading global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is looking for an Inbound Marketing Manager.

 

The Inbound Marketing Manager is a key player in the Global Marketing Team. She or he oversees all work with the website: content creation, ad campaigns launch, web-analytics, and incoming leads processing. Inbound Marketing Manager also participates in the company's outbound activities focused on new customers search. For these reasons, it is assumed that the ideal candidate for this position should be perfect (at a good editorial level) with content management, experience with all the necessary tools, good organizer, and copywriter.

 

The Inbound Marketing Manager must deeply understand how to work in the software and product development outsourcing market, how to attract customers in the highly competitive markets of the USA, Europe, and Asia, how to support the company's expertise with the help of internal and external media, awards and business directories.

 

To be considered for this position, you will need a minimum of a master’s degree in any science. Good knowledge of SEO, SMM, web-analytics, and experience with any CRM or marketing/sales automation tools are appreciated. Experience in Video creation tools is a must!

 

The Intetics Global Marketing team aims to deliver the necessary information to the necessary people in all possible ways, to be valuable so that potential customers have a desire to start communication immediately, without leaving the site or social profiles of the company and its employees.

Key objectives:

 

  • Develop, implement, and own an inbound marketing strategy to promote the company.
  • Build and manage a content plan. 
  • Manage text content and collateral materials' creation (images, infographics, videos, and social networks posts).
  • Content promotion supervision.
  • Work on KPIs base, which includes: 

number of pieces of content created; 

arbitrary pages published; 

number of content engagements; 

inbound leads to number and conversion rates;

costs per item/engagement.

  • Discover trends and research topics (including keywords).
  • Develop requirements for content agencies and external writers.
  • Plan and supervise awards submission. 
  • Supervise directories management.
  • Work with digital channels (organic, paid, social, referral) to analyze content performance.
  • Run brand management activities.
  • Ensure brand consistency in marketing materials. 
  • Supervise incoming leads pre-qualification.
  • Monitor competitors and provide ideas to stand out.
  • Develop documentation and road maps for processes.
    Position Requirements:
  • 5+ years in IT marketing.
  • M.Sc. in Journalism, PR, Translation, or Tech sciences. 
  • Strong content management, copywriting, editorial skills.
  • Experience in SMM.
  • Understanding of SEO and analytical tools.
  • Experience with video creation tools. 
  • Knowledge of CRM, marketing automation.
  • Ability to work with sales, delivery, PMs, and engineers' success teams.
  • Ability to present ideas and results to executives. 
  • Organizational skills, including the ability to lead a team, work with Jira (or any task tracker) or work independently, set priorities, and organize work to meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to provide marketing support for sales event (promotion).
  • Strong verbal/written presentation, communication, and mentoring skills. 
  • Advanced, native-like English (grammar, speaking, and writing) is a must.
  • When applying to this position, you will need to provide 3 samples of writing and 3 samples of videos produced.
