SENIOR EXECUTIVE RECRUITER (Lviv/Kyiv)

As our company is actively growing, we are looking for the experienced Senior Executive Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team. In this role you will be responsible for building strong relationships with candidates and business leaders alike, for bringing focused experience in hiring within software companies.

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment for open vacancies (middle and top-management level)
• Generating and maintaining talent pool for management roles
• Function and roles research
• Ownership of structured interview process – continuous improvement of the process
• Talent pool database maintenance (keeping records in order)
• Vacancy placements according to committed timeline
• Interviews with candidates for potential positions
• Talent pool coverage for company KEY roles

Requirements:

• Senior recruiter in Executive search agency OR Executive recruiter in big IT-company (1000+)
• 3+ years of experience in IT company (1000+), understanding of typical organization structure and management roles
• Successful placement of middle and top-management roles for IT company
• Cooperation with C-level or founder
• Wide personal network
• Managing cooperation with executive search and recruitment agencies
• Dedicated, persistent and results-oriented person with analytical skills and positive mindset
• Good sales, persuasion and presentation skills
• Networking skills, enjoys meeting new people
