Responsibilities:
- Managing stakeholders' requests, ensuring that all of them follow the defined recruitment process
- Setting priorities/timelines and delegating tasks, assigning vacancies taking into consideration personal capacity and professional maturity of the team
- Aligning Recruitment efforts with Resourcing strategy, whenever required
- Identifying bottlenecks that hinder work progress and eliminating them, finding new ways to speed up recruitment process with no loss of quality
- Ensuring the data in tracking tools is correct and up to date
- Keeping accurate database of candidates' profiles and providing specific resume on request
- Ensuring recruiters understand position requirements and are effectively using all sourcing channels
- Supervising and coordinating performance, providing continuous feedback to the team
- Continuously analyzing and fine tuning the work processes to boost team effectiveness
- Ensuring team members professional skills grow, people feel challenged and appreciated
Requirements:
- 5+ years of extensive recruitment experience both within business and agency
- 2+ years of team management experience
- Recruitment expertise in IT
- Successful team management and development with proven high performance deliverables
- Experience in planned, regular training and education of recruiters is a strong advantage
- Experience in using different recruitment systems (i.e., CATS, TALEO, Cleverstaff, etc.) and ability to learn fast any new one
- Experience with CATs system will be a strong advantage
