Recruitment Lead

N-iX is looking for a Recruitment Lead to join our team of experienced professionals working in Kyiv office. Responsibilities:

• Managing stakeholders' requests, ensuring that all of them follow the defined recruitment process
• Setting priorities/timelines and delegating tasks, assigning vacancies taking into consideration personal capacity and professional maturity of the team
• Aligning Recruitment efforts with Resourcing strategy, whenever required
• Identifying bottlenecks that hinder work progress and eliminating them, finding new ways to speed up recruitment process with no loss of quality
• Ensuring the data in tracking tools is correct and up to date
• Keeping accurate database of candidates' profiles and providing specific resume on request
• Ensuring recruiters understand position requirements and are effectively using all sourcing channels
• Supervising and coordinating performance, providing continuous feedback to the team
• Continuously analyzing and fine tuning the work processes to boost team effectiveness
• Ensuring team members professional skills grow, people feel challenged and appreciated

Requirements:

• 5+ years of extensive recruitment experience both within business and agency
• 2+ years of team management experience
• Recruitment expertise in IT
• Successful team management and development with proven high performance deliverables
• Experience in planned, regular training and education of recruiters is a strong advantage
• Experience in using different recruitment systems (i.e., CATS, TALEO, Cleverstaff, etc.) and ability to learn fast any new one
• Experience with CATs system will be a strong advantage
