Trainee Travel Manager

We are looking for Trainee Travel Manager to play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Travel office.

Please, notice - we are looking for specialists for trainee levels (specialists who have just graduated from university in tourism and have minimal experience).

Requirements:

• Performing general Travel office duties
• Working with Data entry
• Assistance with documents preparation, tickets and hotels bookings, performing bookkeeping tasks
• Beyond the role's core tasks, you will support other evolving company needs

Summary of Qualification:

• No prior work experience is required to join our team (but could be a plus)
• Good self-organizational, communication and negotiation skills (both in Ukrainian and English - upper-intermediate)
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (including Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Docs, sheets etc.
• Highly organized, flexible, able to multitask
• Attention to details and deadlines
