Delivery Manager

As a Delivery Manager you will be responsible for the customer line of business end to end (development, deployment, support). Direct involvement in business discussions and business decisions on customer side. Work with the customer business team, building partnership and engagement.

We are looking for manager with a development background, preferably with BI or e-commerce experience.

Our client, is one of Europe's fastest growing mobile companies with over five million active customers, 1,000 employees worldwide and operations in eight countries. The client is using the mobile virtual network operator business model. As one of their core services, they provide "Pay As You Go" mobile SIM cards, targeted towards the needs of international communities and migrant workers. To cope with rapidly growing business demands our client is launching its R&D center in Lviv and Kyiv, Ukraine, with us.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand and manage customer requirements (deliverables and environmental factors) to ensure contract compliance and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure engagement methodology is followed by team from opportunity assessment to project closeout
  • Financial and contractual responsibility for engagement profitability
  • Explore additional business opportunities and drive future business through quality results
  • Ensure project management methodology is followed on all client engagements
  • Mentor, manage and develop project team members
  • Conduct annual reviews and provide feedback throughout the year on employee performance were required
  • Ensure Human Resources policies and procedures are communicated and executed according to internal and consultant HR policies
  • Develop proposal, pricing, and SOW of solutions

 

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in IT
  • 3+ years of experience as Delivery/Project Manager
  • Knowledgeable on software design, development, test and delivery methodologies
  • Fluency in development methodologies as they relate to delivering and implementing IT solutions required
  • Excellent judgment, interpersonal communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and alter direction easily to accommodate changing priorities
  • Strong people management and client relationship skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across various business groups
