Senior Engagement Manager

We are looking for an ambitious highly-motivated Senior Engagement Manager to join one of our most interesting and challenging departments at N-iX. Senior Engagement Manager will be responsible for coordinating the overall pre-sales process.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively tracking potential customers' requests and evaluating the most prospective leads
• Expanding network of potential customers by representing N-iX services at professional events abroad
• Preparing proposals, tender documentation, case studies and presentations
• Keeping an accurate database (contacts, conference calls minutes, proposals etc.)
• Cooperating with different company units to ensure on time bid submissions and smooth project start (i.e. Delivery, Legal, Resourcing, Recruitment etc.)

Requirements:

• 5-6+ years experience in IT, preferably with PM, QA, BA, or development background
• Experience participating in pre-sales activities is a plus
• Understanding of how IT business work
• Deep knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) and software engineering methodologies
• English spoken and written - advanced level
• High analytical skills (ability to analyze and recognize prospect/client needs and find appropriate solutions)
• Knowledge of project management, risk management, time management and self-organization skills
• Result orientation and ability to provide results in short term
• Good presentation, prioritization abilities, ability to multitask
• Available for frequent business travel
