Who we are?

We are a backend software company for chat and video calling services. We work with customers all around the world, they are mostly Healthcare companies, Banks, Development agencies, eCommerce etc.


Who are we looking for?

Recently, our solution became in demand, especially in the Medical environment, that is why we are opening a position of a Technical Customer Support Representative to join our friendly team!

What are we looking for in our new employee?

  • Experience in Customer Support
  • Upper-intermediate English
  • Good communication skills
  • Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Understanding of network technologies
  • Ability to learn new technical product
  • Strong PC skills


Will be a plus:

  • Experience with JIRA/Confluence
  • Experience with ticket systems (Zendesk / Kayako / other)
  • Technical writing skills
  • Technical background
