Invoice audit specialist/junior data analyst

Brightfin's software helps large companies (B2B, enterprise-scale) manage everything related to telecommunications and cloud services, as well as reduce labor costs, make processes quicker, and reduce operational costs.

We are looking for an Invoice audit specialist/junior data analyst  to join our team!

What you should have:

• Degree in accounting, audit or 2-year equivalent work experience - would be a plus;
• Attention to details, strong organizational and analytical skills are a must;
• Must be comfortable working in a technical fast pace environment;
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel;
• Intermediate or better English communication skills required (written and verbal).

What you should do:

• As invoice audit and reconciliation specialist you will be responsible for the timely auditing and processing invoices in Brightfin's software based on ServiceNow, as well as resolving issues with data:
• Understand the process of loading billing data into Brightfin software;
• Meet Service Level Agreement requirements for timely audit and further processing of uploaded invoices;
• Work with provider’s data and telecom contracts conditions to analyze complex billing models, validate service plans and reconcile costs;
• Generate account payable reports for clients using automated software settings, create requests for modifying it to implementation team;
• Provide additional aggregated reports regarding telecom expenses using Microsoft Excel.
