Customer support specialist (English)

Brightfin's software helps large companies (B2B, enterprise-scale) manage everything related to telecommunications and cloud services, as well as reduce labor costs, make processes quicker, and reduce operational costs.

We are looking for a Customer support specialist to join our team.

What you should have:

• Degree in accounting, interpreting or 2-year equivalent work experience - would be a plus;
• Work experience in customer support, with text translations, work with large amount of information - would be a solid plus;
• Attention to details, strong organizational and analytical skills are a must;
• Must be comfortable working in a technical fast pace rhythm;
• Upper intermediate or better English communication skills required (written and verbal).

What you should do:

As a Fulfillment Orders specialist you will be responsible for the timely receipt and processing of telecom orders such as:

• Fulfilling device orders, plan changes etc. on providers' portals or by email;
• Data maintaining in the system as well as resolving issues with data in the system;
• Business communication with providers, users and telecom admins via emails to resolve issues with the orders or data quality in the system;

As a Catalog maintainment specialist you will be responsible for:

• Timely receipt and processing of incidents regarding catalog updates and tasks for catalog reviews;
• Work directly with our customers to understand their complex service catalog requirements;
• Create, link and maintain devices, accessories, services and pricing options;
• Validate availability of catalog items on supplier portals or by correspondence via email;
• Perform recurring catalog reviews and changes per customer requests.
