Requirements
-    Degree in accounting or 2-year equivalent work experience 

 -  would be a plus;

-    Must be proficient at rapid, accurate and complete data entry;

-    Attention to detail, strong organizational and analytical skills are a must;

-    Must be comfortable working in a technical fast pace environment;

-    Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel;

-    Upper intermediate or better English communication skills required (written and verbal). 

Responsibilities: 

An invoice/data entry specialist you will be responsible for the timely receipt, processing and loading invoices (electronic format) into Brightfin's software solution for analysis and further processing, as well as resolving issues with data and perform data entry on the carriers sites:

-       Load billing data into Brightfin software, by conducting imports of electronic data formats;

-       Meet Service Level Agreement requirements for timely receipt and import of invoice data;

-       Fulfill carrier plans and device requests and track it’s implementation;

-       Work directly with our customers to understand complex service catalog requirements involving multiple languages and scopes;

-       Create, link and maintain devices, accessories, services and pricing options;

-       Validate availability of catalog items on supplier portals;

-       Perform recurring catalog reviews and changes per customer requests;

-       Optimize custom catalog maintenance approach developing best practices and leveraging Brightfin technology
