About your responsibilities:
As Recruiter, we expect you to:
- Provide recruitment process compliance by all hiring process’ participants;
- Communicate and define hiring plan with managers according to business needs;
- Lead the full recruitment cycle (search and headhunt candidates, conduct HR interviews, organize technical interviews, prepare standard documentation during recruitment process);
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated;
- Provide analytical and recruiting reports.
Requirements:·
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment;·
- Good understanding of labour Ukrainian market and trends (client service preferably;·
- Knowledge of the best recruitment practices;
- Strong networking skills;
- Ability to build and lead full cycle recruitment process;
- Proven experience of partnering with teams during times of rapid growth.
