Java Developer

MobiChord is looking for Java Developer to work on full-time basis in our Kiev office.

MUST HAVE:

Java 8

Spring, Spring-Boot, Data, IoC, MVC

Advanced Maven user

Messaging: ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ and etc.

MongoDB or NoSQL db

SOA or microservices architecture

Amazon Web Services: EC2, ECS, S3 and etc.

ESSENTIAL: (hands-on experience, homework)

Docker

JavaScript with Nodejs

Troubleshooting in a distributed environment

NICE TO HAVE: 

Spring Cloud usage experience

Actor or Saga model applications

Confident development on Linux

CI/CD services (CircleCI, CodeShip and etc.)

Responsibilities: 

As Java Developer you will be owner of carrier integration solutions and responsible for:

• interaction with external API telecom providers;
• placing orders using the API;
• control of invoice loading automation;
• Solutions you're taking ownership on are up-and-running;
• Be a member of the agile product development team;
• Responsible for creating or selecting the most appropriate architecture for a system (or systems); 
• Inspires, mentor, and encourage colleagues to apply intelligently customized industry's best practices; 
• Collaborate with different stakeholders to determine functional and nonfunctional requirements;
• Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility; 
• Communicate all concepts and guidelines to development team and proactively monitor the adherence of the implementation to the chosen architecture during all iterations;
• Working with different technologies on day-to-day basis to ensure that the software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc; 
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers; 
• Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc.
