Requirements:

• Upper-Intermediate+ level of English;
• Excellent attention to details;
• Exceptional communication skills;
• Strong sense of responsibility is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Post and review payments received;
• Follow up on unpaid bills within standard billing cycle timeframe;
• Entry the charges for bills creation.
• Collect and entering claim information.
• Post insurance and patients and manage accounts.
  
• Submit claims and following up with insurance carriers on unpaid or rejected claims.
  
• Answer patient inquires on account status and charges.
  
• Typically reports to billing supervisor or provider office manager.
